I don’t want Trump to run again either.

He screwed the pooch [or the pooch got screwed, depending on how you want to look at it] with 1/6. The smart play for him and the MAGA agenda would be for him to step aside for a DeSantis or whoever else that might come along.

My gut tells me he will—provided, he’s confident the agenda would be safe under someone else.

Wrong. Any such employer can be sued and even criminal charges can be brought against them.

true. the 1/6 wasnt his fault, but perceptions matter -not facts.

Desantis is more then capable, has the same agenda, and is much more intelligible speaker

WTF? It was Trump's rally and it was Trump's speech that riled them up and sent them to the Capitol.

Trump once said "I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn’t lose voters." You are proving he's correct.
