Cabinet members discuss invoking 25th Amendment to remove Trump

They could to some extent. The Constitution limits all of them and over 230 years of Federal government has created many layers of protection. No doubt the Cold War and the idea of a single madman launching our nukes put some limits on the office of the President.

Still, Trump is good at finding loopholes and he exploited each one to the maximum. The next year or two will see Congress reevaluating our Federal laws governing the President and Congress. I think good will come from this little bit of history.
They could never control his mouth or his tweets.

I sure hope they do, the checks and balances weren’t what I thought they were.

It’s a miracle, everyone is discovering what Trump is really like and they are all outraged by golly.
will wonders never cease!

My theory is they only belatedly got a conscience becasue Trump put their friends at risk - Senators and Representatives

It appears your mastery of English-language is quite low.

The word incite is not the same as the words order, direct, instruct

Never instructed anyone to incite. Perhaps you aren't familiar with democracy as you were raised in pure communism.

Well you are still unclear on the definition and meaning of standard English words.

Trump incited the Hillbillys.

He did not direct, command, or instruct them

There's a federal investigation into Trump's actions. I doubt it will go well for him.

Let's not forget that Trump's phone call to Georgia had already raised Federal eyebrows now he's seen inciting a riot which resulted in multiple deaths.

...for inciting an insurrection against the duly elected government of the United States.

The 25th is for disability, not criminal behavior. If Trump declares he is able to carry on his duties both houses need a 2/3 vote to uphold VP as acting president. They don't have a 2/3 vote and only have 12 days.

Good points. Also, Pence might not support it in preference to riding out the rest of the term.

Agreed. Even if a majority of the cabinet votes to declare the president disabled it has to have the VP's approval.

I doubt Pence wants anything to do with this. He just wants to get out of this in one piece.
