NEW YORK (77WABC) – A new New York State Assembly bill is proposing that the government could legally detain people who are infected with covid-19 and other communicable diseases into detention centers.

Ah, the “Detention Centers” are hospitals or similar type structures, “DETAINED IN A MEDICAL FACILITY OR OTHER APPROPRIATE FACILITY,” and would only be used if a health emergency was declared by the State and it was necessary to isolate patients
