I do not need anything from the SOTC, and neither does any other State in the United States.

As far as I'm concerned, we should shut off all shipments to and from the SOTC: No trucks, no trains, no aircraft, no ships, no exporting electricity and water to them, NOTHING. The SOTC has decided to ban internal combustion engines.

If you use the numbers reported out of both States, that is absolutely correct. I for one, however, consider both numbers to be random numbers, made up to scam the federal government for money.
