and is literally at war with the rest of Ukraine for independence ( or autonomy -not sure of the exact goals)

The Covid relief bill did not, in fact, contain $500 million for Israel. Congress passed a suite of bills, including Covid relief *and* the bill funding the Defense Department for 2021, which includes foreign aid. This isn't hard unless you know nothing about Congress.
The stuff you people are arguing about was in the annual Budget Bill that has absolutely nothing to do with the relief bill.
But anyone who is cussing the Foreign aid and other pork fat that is actually in the budget bill- I WILL CUSS ALONG WITH YOU AS IT'S MORONIC Spending at this dire time of higher domestic priorities!
If I were Trump- I would sign the relief bill, but veto the budget bill!
