Since Moscow Mitch blocked just about every measure that the House has sent over, I guess this is the only way they could do the work of the people -- FINALLY. Now we'll see if your Toadstool will sign it. They have a veto-proof majority if he vetoes it.

after the fall of the USSR NATO guaranteed it would not expand past west Germany - obviously we did

There are 2 main factions - Russian oriented and Kyiv factions (it's a built in hybrid state)
that cannot be expunged from Uk politics

if we STAYED OUT OF it, it would likely resolve -or at least it would be their own determination.
I guarantee their wouldn't be a war in Donbass for starters -that happened because Kyiv felt empowerd by western meddling and decided to go after Donbass autonomy

Ukraine is Ukraine.

It's no more a hybrid state than the USA is.

In the 2019 census 18.5% of the USA was Latino.

In the 2018 Census excluding Crimea & Sevestapol Ukraine was 17.8% Russian.

My comparison is 100% accurate.
