What’s all but forgotten is that respiratory viruses have more than one mode of transmission. They don’t need to float into the airway, they can be transmitted just as easily from touching contaminated objects—like a face mask lol.

I see this everywhere I go: people fiddling with their faces masks. I do it myself all the time and often without thinking. Damn things fog my readers up when I’m trying to read a label or whatever and as soon as my glasses fog up—down it goes.

I would not be the least bit surprised if at some future point they decide that masks only served to exacerbate the spread. Wouldn’t surprise me in the least.

ya. i have to wear eyeglasses to just see -terrible myopia . By the time I walk into a store I'm fogged up.
Sometime I have to take them off to wipe of the condensation - I am TOUCHING MY FACE around my eyes.

I'd rather jsut keep my hands off my body - come out and use a sanitizer

100% certain that the preceding law would override it if it came to that - alleged wider public good - but if 70% actually WANT to be vaccinated, it may never be an issue.

Stare decisis isn’t found in the constitution—simply an established principle the court goes by and it doesn’t mean ‘etched in stone’. For example, there’s not a thing in the constitution that prohibits the court from overturning itself in a prior decision. I doubt we’ll ever see it, but Roe could be overturned.

But yeah, on the 70%. It’s not necessary that *everyone* take it. I’d wager the number is less than 70%, anyway.

The actual surgical mask I used at work had a plastic strip that went across your nose and kept warm moist air from fogging the lenses.

The ones people use now are junk.
