but less us say, you meant the opposite, that you only had a 0.38% chance of dying from covid in this country. let us examine that...right now, today, we know that covid is the leading cause of death in this country- over 2,000 dead a day for the last few weeks....so covid is more lethal than cancer, heart disease, emphysema, murders, car accidents, suicides.....correct? cancer is pretty close with about 680,000 per year, but yesterday 2,259 American died due to trump and covid and if carried out for a year that would be about 825,000 dead Americans in that year.

if you could take a shot that would protect you from cancer, would you take it? or heart disease? or being murdered? but not to protect you from something far more dangerous? how in the wide wide world of sports does that make sense to even a trump voter?

why would i listen to trump? he lies when the truth would be better for him overall. the fact is, this shit is dangerous!! if everyone wore a mask in public around other people it would be incredibly less dangerous....if we had started doing that in February, after trump had been briefed about how contagious and lethal it was, our infection rate would never have gotten very high, the death rate would not have gotten very high, our hospitals would not be swamped, our economy would not have had to be closed down for a time, and schools would have remained open. remember what trump said to obama when he was president-

Evolution is best conceived as a kind of ‘life force’ that somehow ‘compelled’ matter it form itself into increasingly complex arrangements over time. Sounds all neat and tidy until one tries to define the ‘life force’ mechanism, scientifically.

Natural selection and some other mechanisms have been put forth and to me it’s doubtful they adequately explain life—even starting from the first cell or proto-cell or Darwin’s amorphous blobs of protoplasm or however he put it.

It looks even more implausible when applied to the origin of life.
