The signature checks were done and they no longer exist, there will be no second signature checks. The ones counted were the ones that passed your signature check.

As fucked in the head trump supporters are I'm sure you could find thousands to swear it was rigged. If trumpers feel it is rigged they should stay home in GA and show the country just what happens when trumpers don't participate.

the courts would have ruled there was no standing because there were (at that time ) no damages.
They stole the election, the courts wont touch it -and yes that includes SCOTUS still burned from Bush v Gore

No, 18 other states did not join the suit. Of course red states back the suit but there is only one state bringing it. The supreme court will tell Texas to go eat shit today.

Disagree. This was a highly unusual situation with all the mail in ballots and them being counted at least a week after the election was over. Once the pandemic is behind us Congress should make a law setting standards for natl. elections.

Yep. Every state will just sue every other state, asking that that states election results be tossed in the trash. The Supreme Court can hear a few thousand of these state vs. state lawsuits during each election cycle, decide who they want to win, and rule accordingly. Sounds like a great idea, right? If every Red state sues every blue state and vice versa, we can have over a thousand lawsuits going. Cool.

On what basis? The Constitution is crystal clear that states have discretion to decide their electors. You cannot just pass a law. There would have to be a constitutional amendment.

Only one state has sued, Concarty...Texas, 18 states have joined but there is only one law suit.
