The poll watchers were not sent home and counting did not continue during the water leak.

The poll watchers were present at the recount and that pretty clearly disproved Powell's batshit crazy claims.

You are mixing up facts from two different events. Then you mixed it in with what's going on in Pennsylvania.

Ffs, there was a water leak, at 6 am. It was not the cause of the stoppage between 10 and 1. No one claimed it was. You can't keep shit straight because you are a dumb fuck. And none of it affected the count in Pennsylvania.
