IN FACT, THERE ARE A WHOLE LOT OF POWER GRABBING THAT WILL OCCUR, DURING THE NEXT FOUR YEARS NO MATTER WHO IS ELECTED.

SO ALL OF THIS COMES DOWN TO VOTING IN THIS ELECTION.

Agreed the Republicans are seeking a power grab, but that's not news. Both sides becoming more extreme and seeking to impose their will upon all Americans is a problem that has increased in severity over the past 30 years.

The 14th Amendment Due Process clause certainly guarantees Due Process before liberties are taken away.

This comment was on a specific comment from Senator Lee (R-UT) but it applies to all liberties Americans share.

There is no way, that Donald Trump has not discussed in his private White House meeting with Barret, that he did not discuss his expecting loyalty in return for her nomination, regarding the overturning of the ACA and his intentions to file LAW SUITS to the SUpreme court in challenging states ballots if he does not win.

SHe was asked by Leahe if there were any discussions regarding those matters- and she said no!

Donald Trump is on public record stating that he always demands loyalty from anyone he appoints to any position. And every ex-cabinet member has revealed this in books and public statements.

SHe could have told the truth and said, "The President may, or may not have asked for my loyalty, but I did not agree to give it to him". BUT SHE DID NOT TELL THE TRUTH!
