Reagan was useless in the fall of the soviet union. It would've fallen faster without him.

Bull. Communism spread further under every president after WW2 until Reagan. He accelerated the arms race and at the same time negotiated with the Saudis to keep oil supplies up (and hence prices down). This denied them oil revenue at the same time forcing them to spend massively trying to keep up, and bankrupted them. Then there's the deals he made with the Pope to stir the pot in Poland.

Reagams tax cust were full of specified pork for certain industries and such. Not by name but by the specific natures of the cuts.

Duh- of course they did. Low taxes gives people an incentive to make more money and hide less of it from Democrats dirty little fingers. Thus tax revenue increases.
