I can't say for sure but probably yes, probably early vascular compromise dementia. He has had two aneurism clipping brain surgeries. Couple those two surgeries to cerebral vascular disease over 77 years and you have a failing brain. They probably gave him a dopaminergic drug to improve brain function and hence he refused a drug test.

Your saying that Trump is early Dementia proves you know very little about Dementia. You just shot yourself in the foot.

I'm very familiar with sundowning. I had a window installed in a thoracic ICU I once worked at because the lack of a 24hr cycle in the no windowed ICU made the patients hallucinate worse. They still had issues at night but overall they were better with a daylight cycle.

And early dementia patient can in fact have good days and bad days. Now the later stages of dementia can't do good for long periods of time. Biden is clearly in the earliest stages of dementia. You having worked in a dementia unit probably did not see many early dementia patients. Remember Ronald Reagan he was clearly in the early stages of dementia his last year or so of the Presidency but he was able to get by but he rapidly declined from that point.

Agreed. It just goes to show how the parties are each failing in leadership.

I'm praying Trump sees Jesus very soon and that Melania has a full recovery.

Here's a thought: Trump is bed-ridden with COVID so Pence takes over daily duties. Trump dies or is dying of COVID by election day. Voters give the Trump/Pence a sympathy bump and win the election. Trump dies and Pence is inaugurated. It would really be the perfect ending of this little bit of history.

Now wouldn't you think that if he were honestly not using prescription stimulants to mask the symptoms of his cognitive decline (due to dementia) HE WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO PROVIDE A URINE SAMPLE AFTER THE DEBATE and clear up the whole matter ? Yes, Methylphenidate is a traditional, dopaminergic stimulant drug that is chemically similar (in structure) to the amphetamine cogeners. It's marketed as "Ritalin" and is popular for treating ADHD symptoms in kids in America (it even features in a "Simpson's" episode, where Bart is prescribed it to calm down his troublesome behaviours).
