The Constitution you ask if I've ever read says that the Senate votes on bills that the Majority decides to bring to a vote.

Here's a question, have you ever read the Constitution? Doesn't seem like it. In fact, I can say with 99% certainty you've never read it yourself. How can I be so sure? Because of how fucking lazy you are.

Who is the current Majority Leader of the Senate? What party does he belong to? To what ideology does he adhere?

Does the Senate Majority Leader decide what gets brought to a vote on the floor of the Senate or not?

The answer to that question is one you don't want to give because then you can't blame bOtHsIdEs when it's McConnell holding everything up, like he literally said he would.
 
One has to give Trump credit, he plays his cult followers like charlatans of the past. The economy is crashing due to his failure with the virus but he makes it disappear and points at others. It is a gift that gave us this fool and may do it again. American democracy is disappearing and a modern idol like fascism returns, again similar to past leaders who led their nation to collapse. Hopefully enough Americans are smart enough to see this game. Today I saw more Biden/Harris signs than Trump/Puppet signs, and this was the suburbs.
