Actually if you cut taxes for the rich they spend more and invest more. This creates more jobs, higher wages.

Great recession was caused by big banks selling sub prime mortgages and then paying credit rating agencies to give the A+ ratings. Also systemic risk. We shouldn't have gotten rid of the Glass-Stegal act. (Bill Clinton).

Corporations invest & create more jobs.

The rich civilians mostly use their tax cuts to hire undocumented immigrants to mow their lawns & scrub their toilets.

The rich civilians mostly buy up properties as investments to rent them out.

This causes a housing market bubble.
