BOTH ARE LEGAL ... THANKS FOR PLAYING![]()
Depends on what State you are in. Mail in voting is unconstitutional in many States. The constitution has to be amended to allow mass mail in voting.

No, you lose. My SO chooses to vote by mail and has to request to do so. Millions of California residents vote by mail
Me either. I vote in every election too.
Did you guys have a primary yesterday?
We did. We mailed in our ballots a couple of weeks ago. First time I've voted absentee. It was great. You got the ballot, had plenty of time to research the candidates/other issues.
... and then by the next day he will have completely forgotten what he was all eager about to begin with...Joe Biden is eagerly waiting to find out who the Democrats picked for him.

HOW MANY OF YOU BELIEVE ABSENTEE BALLOTS ARE DIFFERENT THAN MAIL-IN BALLOTS![]()
All of them pretend to believe that?
How many registered voters are dead cats?
Me either. I vote in every election too.

Did you guys have a primary yesterday?
No, it was in April.
I go to the polling station to vote. It's less than 10 minutes away.
You also have the same time to research the candidates and issues.
Name a state where mail in votes are unconstitutional.
Pennsylvania.
[/QUOTE]I did mail in voting in Pennsylvania, so you are wrong there.
Each of these States require voting by secret ballot. Mass mail in voting is not secret ballot. Several of these States also have tests of voter identification required before being issued the ballot. That is not possible with mass mail in voting. Several of these States specify when all the ballots must be received for counting. That is not possible with mass mail in voting. Several of these States also clearly specify a polling place and the use of polling machines or who may collect the ballots.
To implement mass mail in voting, these constitutions will have to be amended to remove the requirement for secrecy, remove the requirement for polling places, remove the requirement for qualified election officers as the only ones that can receive a ballot, remove the requirement of a specified date of receipt of ballots by a qualified election officer, and remove the requirement of voter identification or qualification testing before voting, where applicable.
