The Science Is Very Clear: Schools Should Reopen This Fall

Yes, but not 5 days a week for every student.

It only takes a few minutes to infect someone. Heck, they can catch it from a door knob, pencil sharpener or a computer keyboard since the virus seems to last for hours on inanimate surfaces.

Kids need schooling and it can be done safely both at home and with strict controls at brick-and-mortar schools. Just going back to Ops Normal because Trump is worried about the election is not a good enough reason to put Americans of all ages at increased risk in the middle of a pandemic.

No that's inversion reality.
Mockery. Denial of logic.
Don't stop what? Why don't you clarify. So I don't think you are just bloviting fellatio fallacy bullshit.
You have lost context. Denial of logic.
On the face of it that statement makes no sense. With how a virus that stays on surfaces up to 3 days and if one doesn't wash their hands can transfer to the orifices, also known as a vector of infection.
One can spread the virus without symptoms. What about that do you not understand at this point?
No symptoms, no vector of distribution.
Oh look distraction fallacy from captain fellatio fallacy.
Mockery. Denial of logic.
This has nothing to do with fear,
Fear mongering is fear mongering. You are fear mongering.
this is discussing how the science works
No science here. Buzzword fallacy.
and how to intelligently approach it.
You don't 'approach' science. Science simply is.
Something you clearly fail to grasp.
Inversion fallacy.
It is consensus
Science does not use consensus.
gathered factual information
Not a fact. An argument. Learn what 'fact' means. Invalid proof. Circular argument fallacy (fundamentalism).
that is repeatable
Not repeatable. You can't go back in time.
and quantifiable.
Random numbers are also quantifiable.
The only buzzword is your fellatio obsessed use of the word fallacy.
Insult fallacy. Denial of logic.

That's up to the locals, sir. States rights should apply regardless of the circumstances or who is President. Handing more authority over to the Federal government when a Republican is President will only backfire on all of us when a Democrat becomes President.

As for schools, the science appears to support keeping 10 year olds and older at home.

Science is not here. It does not 'support' anything.

Argument from randU fallacy. You are making up numbers.
Heck, they can catch it from a door knob, pencil sharpener or a computer keyboard since the virus seems to last for hours on inanimate surfaces.
So can you. Stay home and live in plastic bubble.
Kids need schooling and it can be done safely both at home
No, it can't.
and with strict controls at brick-and-mortar schools.
Not possible.
Just going back to Ops Normal because Trump is worried about the election is not a good enough reason to put Americans of all ages at increased risk in the middle of a pandemic.
Opening schools is not about the election dumbass.
...deleted Holy Quote...

You are simply quoting the arguments of others as your own. You have no mind. You can't think for yourself.

Every school district must decide what best for them. 5 classroom day a week, or maybe a split schedule, or possibly all remote learning. This is not a one size fits all decision.

If they want to get their federal funding, they must open 5 days a week and not use remote classes.

Every single dead kid gets to be owned by the pro-life crowd now and forever.

They're baby killers.

There isn't a single school in America that can follow the CDC guidelines.

Not. A. Single. One.

Just FYI - the purpose of Into the Night isn't to have a good faith debate about anything.

The purpose of that sock is to derail a thread that Conservatives lost control of, and cannot recover.

So this sock shows up and spams the thread with the hopes that the sheer volume and banality will cause others to just leave, letting Into then switch back to their other sock in order to get the last word in.

That's it. That's the post.

Delusional disorder.
