For the same reason more whites are in jail than either one of those minorities.then why are millions of Black and Brown people in jail before being found guilty of a crime?

The report says that once Floyd was handcuffed he was compliant with the officers. Then a few minutes later he fell to the ground, still handcuffed, and two other officers held his legs and his back. Why was it necessary to kneel on his neck at this point? Even if nobody touched him, he couldn't have done much with his hands secured behind his back.
Exactly why everybody that witnessed the incident should be question and all pertinent videos be collected and viewed and all perpetrators interview to get their stores fixed so they can't change. THEN charges should be files and arrests made. You do know these guys will quickly bond out when they do get arrested. So what's the hurry. Do it right so the charges stick.Arresting someone isn’t doing a rush job, it’s procedure. The reason innocent people are in jail is because of botched investigations, people lying, police planting evidence, coerced confessions or the color of a person’s skin. It generally isn’t because of rushed investigations.
“The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by the police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death.”
Yup, Floyd would be alive today if it were not for negligent police.
guilty as charged
You know nothing like that. You do not even know if he passed a counterfeit 20. Nor does any past history excuse a cop from killing him.

Video #1
I finally found a video of events preceding the video of George Floyd on the street being held down by the 3 cops.
Three people come out of his car and are led to the sidewalk for questioning. Floyd looks a little unsteady.
Two cops walk him across the street to another cop car where his legs give way and he collapses. (see Video #2 next)
Those cops never even called for an ambulance until Floyd went silent (either passed out or deceased at that point!!!). Like I said earlier,
they should have called the paramedics in the 1st minute they had him on the ground while he was distressed, in pain and having breathing problems.
Outrageous! These guys better be locked up forever!
And, I still don't get why none of the onlookers filming this did not call 911 either early on!!!!!!!
Floyd ended up pinned to the ground by Officer Derek Chauvin.
On bystanders’ video, Floyd complains of pain and of not being able to breathe as Chauvin keeps a knee on his neck. Onlookers are heard urging Chauvin to let him up.
Floyd then goes silent. Police said in their statement this week that officers “noted (Floyd) appeared to be suffering medical distress” and called an ambulance. He was declared dead at a hospital a short time later.
