Hello Trumpet,
DT is living in his own little fantasy world, which is detached from reality, and that's the scary part of DT.
The rise of hate radio and Fox News have made some people quite rich, stoking RW propaganda and conspiracy theories. But the damage done has allowed the world's greatest ConMan to fool nearly half the nation all the time.
Alexander Hamilton saw it coming:
"The truth unquestionably is, that the only path to a subversion of the republican system of the Country is, by flattering the prejudices of the people, and exciting their jealousies and apprehensions, to throw affairs into confusion, and bring on civil commotion…
When a man unprincipled in private life, desperate in his fortune, bold in his temper, possessed of considerable talents, having the advantage of military habits—despotic in his ordinary demeanour—known to have scoffed in private at the principles of liberty—when such a man is seen to mount the hobby horse of popularity—to join in the cry of danger to liberty—to take every opportunity of embarrassing the General Government & bringing it under suspicion—to flatter and fall in with all the non sense of the zealots of the day—It may justly be suspected that his object is to throw things into confusion that he may “ride the storm and direct the whirlwind.”"

Now it is getting to the point where every single major institution and organization is scorned. The only thing which is unexplained is how these people, who would tear down government and world organizations, expect society to function in their absence.
Human life on Earth is kind of like an endurance challenge. We have certain resources at hand and we have to make it through with what we have. It's not like we can pick and choose a new planet, new resources, a new population. When what you have is not working as well as you believe it can, then the thing to do is work with what you have, try to improve it, make it work better for you.
There is no Plan B, and there is no Planet B.
If our institutions, such as the government that we created ourselves, or the WHO, are not working for us as we believe they should, then the thing to do is work to correct the flaws and cause them to do what we want and need them to do.
It is hard to imagine how conservatives think our society can function without the things which bind us together.
