This shows a complete lack of understanding of foreign and domestic cases. Bombings and shootings in the U. S. were not always legally justifiable under the law and resulted in consequences. It was determined whether that person was about to harm someone at the time, not whether they might hurt somebody in the future.

Philadelphia, for example, was found liable in the case and had to pay a $1.5 million civil judgment. "The jury had found that the city used excessive force and violated the members' constitutional protections against unreasonable search and seizure."

Police who have shot white and black people in the U. S. have often been charged and had their case taken to the grand jury. Some were convicted of murder.

If police can shoot ISIS or Nazis for some future action that would have justified other such cases, but it did not.

Another phony argument. When police shoot a person they are claiming they did so because they felt they were being immediately threatened.

That does not put me in any corner because I never claimed they were always justified in their actions. That was determined by investigations or juries. You are again making unfounded assumptions when you suggest I justified their actions.

I'm surprised you put those in the same category. I know you want to allow police to kill Nazis and ISIS members, but I did not know you also favored killing unarmed black people for what they might do in the future.

After all, the ISIS member might not be armed at the time, but he might get a gun in the future and might kill somebody. So you want to allow the unjustified and illegal murder of blacks, ISIS members, and Nazis. Shame on you.

It looks like you are the one painted into the corner since I never defending the killing of blacks, ISIS, or Nazis. Apparently, you defend all three.

Yes you do, the Brandenburg decision found that speech can only be limited if it calls for both imminent and likely unlawful actions which is why we can't lock up communists for calling for violent revolution and the overthrow of the republic.
