Article II, Section 1 gives specifics about how electoral votes determine the winner of the election. Why do you idiots continue to mention popular votes?

Article II, Section 4 states the reasons for which impeachment can occur. Democrats getting their asses kicked in 2016 doesn't fit any of them.

But it has to be done for reasons stated in Article II. Getting your asses whipped in 2016 doesn't meet any of those reasons.

Yeah.....THE HOUSE said, "If you fail to comply with these subpoenas WE WILL CONSIDER THIS AN OBVIOUS ACT OF OBSTRUCTION and WE WILL PROCEED DIRECTLY TO A FORMAL IMPEACHMENT.....". I personally laughed my ass off when Mr. Trump's state department allowed the EU ambassador to fly all the way from Brussels to the US....wait within minutes, and then say no...."not so fast".

He called their bluff.....Trump said, YOUR MOVE....impeach away.

You will not see any formal impeachment from SHITLESS and STAMMERING NANCY....because they are not abiding by the rules of the Constitution in relation to a congressional impeachment proceeding....why are they using a behind closed doors (wink, wink) IMPEAHCMENT? They do not want the PEOPLE to see or hear the entire picture...there is no transparency …..they will hold the hearing and LEAK selected parts of the hearing to their cohorts (THE PRESS). What...THE PEOPLE are supposed to take the word of 2 people in order to remove a setting POTUS from office? That is not the work of a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC...that is banana republic tactics.

1. Where is that up/down passage of a any resolution? 2. "IF PASSED BY THE HOUSE...." What was passed by the house in an up/down ON THE RECORD VOTE? Nothing.. that is exactly why the co-equal branch of government (THE EXECUTIVE...which is constitutionally protected due to national security concerns) said to these 2 individuals...EAT MY SHORTS...impeach my ass.

This is a REPRESENTATIVE "CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC"......all sides must be represented and given the chance to defend against any charges...to include IMPEACHMENT. What SHITLESS and STAMMERING NANCY are doing is not constitutional......the minority party is being denied the right of due process in not being able to call their own witnesses to refute the one sided charges.

THE WORST PART FOR THE DEMCORATS? They know this....that's why there will never be a formal up/down vote. That's why they are behind closed doors, that's why its not the Judicial committee that is holding this supposed impeachment inquiry, its the INTELL COMMITTEE that can't issue any legal subpoenas....that's why they are not being TRANSPARENT with THE PEOPLE. THEY DON'T HAVE THE FULL SUPPORT OF THEIR OWN PARTY, might less the entire HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.
