First of all, the Right denies science WAY more than the Left. So let's not pretend it's only the Left that isn't committed to truth.
Secondly, most Leftists know that there are two genders, but they also know that some people don't identify as either one. These people aren't harming anyone, so what is the point of constantly telling them that there are two genders? Is it just to be edgy?

First, things like transgenderism come-up for discussion daily, now, and the left is obviously wrong. Despite strong political consensus that humans must be causing global warming climate change, no such scientific data exists.

Second, most leftists know no such thing. The ones that do are slowly going along with the lie, which makes them equally delusional.

I went to college in New York, a liberal stronghold, and I haven't met a single person who thinks there are more than two genders. Have you met anyone who thinks that? Do you know any mainstream Leftists who think that?

It's true they usually only do it to people they think will disagree, then get loud and upset about their answer if it isn't what they want to hear. That this person walked away afterward and had to be "detained" by the former VP tells me that they heard at least a little of what they wanted to hear.

However the idea that all transgender folk are perfect and never try to catch people out is absurd. Although I know them as just people in my family, they are just as imperfect, loud, and political as everybody else.
