Draft: Articles of Impeachment

Doesn't matter how many support it now; once it starts, support will grow as you clowns weakly defend Trump's criminal activity.

Seriously, how are you going to defend Trump from the 11 instances of obstruction laid out in Mueller's report?

How are you going to defend Trump from the instances in Mueller's report that detail his campaign's collusion with Russia?

How are you going to defend Trump from that?

You won't be able to. All your 2020 focus is going to be on defending Trump's criminal behavior, and you're going to pay for that at the polls.

"Obstruction of Justice is OK because ____"
-You, in a few months, probably

Still sounds like alot of HOPE in your eyes. Welcome to reality which says almost 60 of 435 members in the house support impeachment. But keep them inspired LV426

Impeachment already has 41% support.

Trump only got 46% of the vote in 2016.

So if impeachment support crests 46%, which it will once proceedings begin, you're done.

It's that simple; more people will support impeachment than voted for Trump.

In that scenario, the GOP loses the Senate and probably another 20-30 seats in the House.

Doesn't matter how many reps support it, it only takes one rep to introduce the proceedings and it's underway.

So I'm not sure what points you think you're scoring by showing that only 14% of the House supports impeachment now, while 41% of the general public does.

Trump's approval rating is about the same as impeachment support.

How are you going to defend Trump from that? You can't. You're going to lose, and it's going to be fun watching you go down.

I'm not a Congressman, so I can't.

But you are defending Trump's criminal behavior, and you'll be forced to continue defending it up through election day next year.

"Vote for us because we protect criminals" isn't exactly a strong campaign message heading into 2020 with the Senate up for grabs.
no criminal behavior, unless you can find something thru impeachment hearings.

You should stop posting and immediately contact your representatives and senators for that
Get them to lean on Pelosi. get on it! now!

Earl stated that Mueller found Trump innocent. I disagreed in that Mueller found insufficent evidence to warrant charges meaning Trump was not guilty.
huh?
Trump was not charged/recommended for such - his status is presumed innocent

I'm all for watching you defend Trump from what's in the Mueller report; I don't believe you can do it successfully because you lack the savvy, skill, and temperament.

do you think I need to defend him from "we did not conclude that the president had committed any crime"........

In America, insufficent proof to pursue obstruction means that you are innocent.

The bedrock of American jurisprudence, innocent until proven guilty.

That’s BS on steroids lol.

If Mullet was prevented, at the outset, from making a determination one way or another, WTF was the point of appointing him in the first place?

And if you are claiming Mullet made a determination in an off-hand, roundabout way, *then he just violated the DOJ rules that he claimed prevented him from making a determination*.

You’ve been had. We warned you that Mullet was a weasel.

Let’s see, dumbfuck. To investigate if there was Russian collusion and to determine whether Trump obstructed justice. He wasn’t prevented from a determination, stupid fuck, he was prevented from indicting.

Are you that fucking dense?

FACTUAL RESULTS OF THE OBSTRUCTION INVESTIGATION”

OK, then defend him from what's in the Mueller report.

Defend him on the 11 instances of obstruction; would love a preview of that defense.

Listen carefully... The measure could fail again like it had done when the same number nearly 60 of Dems attempted this in December 2017.
