No, it's limiting the development of a work ethic. Kids these days think they're above any kind of physical work. They graduate from HS/college thinking they should be hired as CEOs, never climbing the "corporate ladder" or starting at the bottom.
Just the other day, I bought something that cost $10.77. The cash register (for some reason?) didn't show the amount of change to give me so the kid (surprisingly, he took a retail job) got out a calculator, then gave me $10.23 change. Maybe he should have taken a job cleaning? At least, he wouldn't need to count
Unless you have gave him $21 note shouldn't he has given you $9.23?

Had a similar situation at a convenient store when the cash register functioned but the digital readout was broken. While the dumbass using the calculator was punching in numbers, I told him the amount of change that was due. When the calculator showed what I said, the clerk asked how I did that so quickly.

I do not think I am above physical labor or starting at the bottom. I can count.
I am 18, at college.
Seeking employment such as cleaning would be accepting racism.
Cleaning is not the only thing I can do.

Seeking employment such as cleaning would be accepting the racism which has prevented myself from getting a better job.
You ever see those who clean stores and offices at night? How about hospitals? Are they racist?
I told you I have 2 friends who own cleaning businesses, much of their work is at night so you
could go to school and learn what could be a business venture of your own.
How about delivering pizzas? Pizza shops are always hiring drivers, hell, you could stop at some
house that a scantly clad old lady answers the door, then you could really deliver!

Driving is a skill, if you want a job as a delivery person; because without it, you aren't going to be able to get a job as a delivery person.

Read the second quote you posted in full. Driving is a requirement for delivery jobs; not a skill.
