Mueller merely explained to people what was in the report because the rightys, and most of leftys, did not read it. It was being distorted by Barr and the right. He only gave a clear reading of what they did and did not find, and what they could and could not do. It still has been beyond the rightys to understand.
Mueller said clearly and simply that he did not have the power to prosecute a sitting president.
He did say that Trump was not free from house investigation in obstructive elements that the report enumerated. He did not say Trump should be impeached. However, any patriotic American would want the obstruction cleared up.If rightys really want justice they should be backing house investigations. Why could Mueller not indict? Its called the RULE OF LAW, the US CONSTITUTION and the BILL OF RIGHTS. What makes anyone think that Congress can do what Mueller was prohibited via the rule of law from doing? That's why an impeachment is a political process with NO TEETH. Name one POTUS that has ever been removed from office via impeachment. ONE....even those who (unlike Mr. Trump) was actually charged with a crime like Nixon and Blow Job Bill. But you expect Mr. Trump will be removed from office when there is not one single crime that can be proven beyond doubt? Really? Nixon was not removed via impeachment (he quit) even though he was charged with the crime of wiretapping and illegal surveillance.....Clinton was not removed even though he was actually convicted of a felony...LYING UNDER OATH (Mr.Trump never lied under oath, Mr. Trump was never under oath)…..there was no indictment by Mueller because Mueller could not indict.

Nixon was not allowed to hide behind executive privilege because (unlike Mueller)…..Nixon was charged with a crime. Name the CRIME that Mueller found Mr. Trump to have committed? He could not indict and convict for obstruction because Mr. Trump does have and continues to have the right of EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGE. And even if Congress find that Mr. Trump did obstruct the Mueller investigation......what did he OBSTRUCT an investigation that was predicated with no probable cause of a crime ever having been committed. So Trump obstructed a FAKE INVESTIGATION. Kick his as to the curb....IF YOU CAN.

WRONG; Mueller was attempting to justify spending $40 million in taxpayer money for what has become a massive hoax concocted by Obama holdovers in the JD.
There is a reason Mueller will not testify about anything beyond what is in the report. A severe questioning would expose him for the hack he most definitely is and the fact that he MILKED the taxpayers for all he could in order to find NOTHING.
The Mueller report listed many examples of Trump obstruction that the House should follow up.
From the report, which you did not read. "Under analysis, Congress can permissibly criminalize certain conduct by the president, such as suborning perjury, intimidating witnesses or fabricating evidence, because those prohibitions raise no separation of powers questions."
There are more in other parts of the report.
