4th Ckt Court slaps down Trump's DACA nonsense in yet another defeat for manbaby

These judges know their decision is wrong but they are obviously taking huge bribes from the illegal alien lobby and repubs need to say that.

Gee, yea learning something new everyday.. I didn't know illegal aliens had their own lobby..........:laugh: Maybe Mexico is paying for it along w/ the wall?

Hello ThatOwlWoman,

This thread is a perfect example of why the threadban function is needed. Started out good, quickly devolved into poo-slinging by the usual gang of idiots. *sigh*

Just stick em all on Ignore. There are still civil people who represent both sides. Who needs the flames? A higher quality of discussion remains. If a thread has no good discussion there are plenty of others that do.

The May 17 decision from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit overturns a lower court's determination that the administration hadn't done anything wrong either in ending DACA or in the way it went about doing it. The Department of Homeland Security didn't adequately explain its rationale for ending the Obama-era program, the appeals court said in a 2-1 decision.

Time for the right to blame the judges. Anything but accept the truth.

The judges are 100% at fault here. There is nothing in the Constitution to prevent executive actions and orders from being erased by subsequent administrations. This was not lawful Article I legislation that Trump torpedoed. It wasn't even lawful, period.

You leftists continue to make a mockery of the courts, which is why I say that leftists are inherently unqualified to sit on higher appellate courts in the US. You don't subscribe to constitutionalism or the rule of law. Your legal theory has become supplementing the legislative process with ideology.

Nobody calls me stupid, esp not a degenerate tranny like you. You're so dumb you don't even know if you're male of female. HAHAHA

Wow, You can't even make up your own childish takes.:palm:

I dunno why you & others project such childish sexual stuff:thinking:~0h, my bad, yea I do, YOUR A FUCKIN CHILDISH IDIOT...:evilnod:

Have a nice eveing....:)

Hello Howard,

Called it.

Got it. So when Obama did it, it was illegal. When Trump did it, it was supported and just. In your right biased view, of course.

You leftists continue to make a mockery of the courts, which is why I say that leftists are inherently unqualified to sit on higher appellate courts in the US.

How convenient for the right to believe so. Thus denying the reality that the nation is designed to have all views represented.

You don't subscribe to constitutionalism or the rule of law.

That is blatantly false.

Your legal theory has become supplementing the legislative process with ideology.

That's interesting to hear you've decided that. But then, since there is no way to reconcile your position while also believing in the beauty of the Constitution recognizing that many various views must be incorporated to make America function, it makes sense you'd hold such a position.

Please. Everything you posted is a lie or ignorant. However, when Obama did something unconstitutional, it can't have been unconstitutional for Trump to remedy it via reversal. What is unlawful is for Trump to reapportion DOD funds toward his own projects, such as building the wall. It would be perfectly legitimate for a future president to stop that by directing the funds back to where they were originally purposed. According to idiot leftists on the 4th, however, it would be unlawful for a future president to touch Trump's DOD wall funding. Which is about what I would expect from leftist "jurists."

Interesting, I feel the same way about conservatives and their mockery of the courts, especially your party leader, Donald Trump.

It will take the SCOTUS to end this UN-Constitutional OUTRAGE....

The fact that you put jurists in quotes when referring to professional jurists indicates bias.

Hello Phantasmal,

Welcome back, I missed you.

Thanks.

I'm having a wonderful life. I like this place, but there is so much more to life than this. I don't want something like this to dominate my life. I have to live it. It's good to get away from it once in a while. Lends perspective.

I understand that completely!

Well, Super Moderator, are you going to lie again about ignoring my posts after you replied to one yesterday?

Hello Phantasmal,

I understand that completely!

It is good to see you are still here as well.

A voice of reason and sanity.

I gotta say. I just cannot wrap myself around the me-first attitude of the right. IGMTHWY.

It makes no sense. I am so liberal. It is logical to reason that we are all here together in a society so we should all do what we can and be understanding that we can't always get our way on everything. We should try to tweak our governments and organizations for the good of society, because we all live in it and what's good for society is good for us.

Conservatives see it completely differently. To them it's: There's idiots jerks and bad people out there, so we need to grab what we can for ourselves and forget about what that does to anybody else. If you're not with us then we are against you.

To me, conservatives appear to hate the government that we created, that we have the power to adjust and control at our collective will. To them, anything collective is evil. But they collectively want to run the government they hate. It's crazy!

I always agree when you point out how silly and hypocritical some conservative ideas are.
