Here who's winning under Trump Tax Law

Witness testimony can be tested and assessed for reliability. Examples of approaches to testing and assessment include the use of questioning to identify possible gaps or inconsistencies, evidence of corroborating witnesses, documents, video and forensic evidence. Where a court lacks suitable means to test and assess testimony of a particular witness, such as the absence of forms of corroboration or substantiation, it may afford that testimony limited or no "weight" when making a decision on the facts.

none of which invalidates the evidence before you actually do it.......as I said, in the absence of contrary evidence a court may certainly decide based on anecdotal evidence......

The mind boggles at the things you love.

I'n not "turning" on anyone. Grumps says I post anecdotes and expect people to accept them, and denies that he has the responsibility to prove his claim. He is wrong.

Opinions are like assholes everyone has one. Sorry your opinion means nothing. Now if you could provide verifiable evidence that you are correct that would change things. I await your evidence.

Yet here you are again, Grumps.

Now if you could provide verifiable evidence that you are correct that would change things. I await your evidence.

I didn't make this claim, Grumps:

Then why do you do it?
Why do I do what, Grumps?
Expect others to accept your Anecdotes?

Can you cite any examples proving that I "expect others to accept" my alleged "anecdotes?"

Yes, or no, Grumps.

CNN:

"Winning: Most US taxpayers
The vast majority of American tax filers -- more than 65% -- will see their overall tax burden decrease by at least $100, according to the congressional Joint Committee on Taxation. See page 7 of this helpful analysis.
Slightly less than 30% of filers will see very little change in their tax liability and a small percentage, about 6%, will see an increase. These tax rate cuts for individual filers are not permanent like the corporate tax cuts, but they'll be in place until 2025.

But while most Americans got a tax cut, most people don't seem to understand they got one. According to an NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll out this week, only 17% of Americans think they're getting a tax cut while 28% said they will pay more."

Thank you President Trump

Not ONE radical Democrat Socialist voted for the tax law.
LMAO. One hundred bucks. Meanwhile:

About twice as many of the largest U.S. companies reported they didn’t owe taxes in 2018 compared with previous years, a partial result of the 2017 Trump tax law, according to a report.

Among them are household names like technology giant Amazon.com Inc. and entertainment streaming service Netflix Inc., in addition to global oil giant Chevron Corp., pharmaceutical manufacturer Eli Lilly & Co., and farming and commercial equipment manufacturer Deere & Co.
The identified companies were “able to zero out their federal income taxes on $79 billion in U.S. pretax income,” according to the ITEP report, which was released today. “Instead of paying $16.4 billion in taxes, as the new 21 percent corporate tax rate requires, these companies enjoyed a net corporate tax rebate of $4.3 billion, blowing a $20.7 billion hole in the federal budget last year.” To compile the list, ITEP analyzed the 2018 financial filings of the country’s largest 560 publicly-held companies

In crayon for the loons on the left:

"by at least $100."

I suspect that Althea - like many liberal loons on the left - has many people on ignore and thus misses many posts. Then she barges in and repeats things other liberal loons on the left have already tried.

You're missing the point. As I already stated, based on the statistical evidence, it is possible, and perhaps likely that you, Grumps and PMP enjoyed a tax benefit.

None of you have provided any evidence. Nor would I expect you to. There is simply no plausible benefit to making unverified claims on a political discussion forum that I can think of.

That does not mean I am calling you liars, BTW. Because anecdotal evidence is not conclusive, your claims are unproven. That's not the same thing as saying that they are false.

Understand?

So we can agree that tax rates actually were reduced, right? It's published and available for all to see.
And there are taxpayers still in this country. Even if I am only pretending to be one, there are actual ones.
So if taxes for taxpayers (not tax takers) were reduced those taxpayers will pay less than they did if they were also taxpayers in a prior year.
It's just math, can't argue with math.
