lol.......no child, my claim is not hearsay........it is a direct statement........if you now told someone that my taxes were lower, because I told you so, THEN it would be hearsay.........if I describe something that I myself observed, such as the numbers I scribe on my tax return, it is direct evidence......to be hearsay it must be second hand evidence........I can tell you that a court would use my statement was proof that my taxes were down in absence of any evidence to the contrary........
