What do you suppose is going to happen the next time they go to the polls for a local/state election, anchovies?

You are getting as bad as "copy" there "earl," NY, or the other Blue States could lowered their property and State Tax to zero and the Blue States would still be subsidizing Red States, one has nothing to do with the other, Red States are takers, Blue States givers, Red State Socialism

Once Blue State voters get a load of how much liberal spending is costing them, what do you think will happen, anchovies?

That's what you fear, and that's why you keep pretending that government spending will stay at the same unsustainable levels.

The fact is that even if DEMOCRATS confiscated the wealth of the 400 richest Americans, spending has to be cut.

And they are still going to be subsidizing Red States, probably even more, as I said, the very people who criticize socialism not only benefit because of socialism, but enjoy it

Nothing is going to be happening in the next election, did you think a guy living in NYC is going move to Kansas because Trump won't let him deduct SALT, hell, even Trump wouldn't do that, although the probability is he don't pay taxes anyway

No, anchovies, I think it's likely that lots of New Yorkers (who are already fleeing the state, BTW) are going to stop voting for people who want to raise taxes.

"An estimate," an estimate by those that handle tax based upon current conditions projected into the future, meaning, unless something changes the estimate will be accurate. The IOU for Trump's sugar high will come due down the road

No wonder deficits/debt aren't a concern with Trumpkins, they struggle with understanding finances

The government shouldn't be spending more than it takes in, anchovies.

Some cuts will need to be made, and if Blue Staters stop voting for DEMOCRATS who keep raising taxes and spending money, that's a good thing.

Wrong, it remains the same, likelihood will increase, the more the givers pay the more the takers have to take

And again incorrect, the people leaving NY are those that couldn't make it in NY, plus the snowbirds, most retuning this month, and what you fail to comprehend is that NY, as probably most Blue States, have levels of services attained thru those State taxes. The infrastructure alone is an example, and such as Alabama health insurance isn't allowed in NY

BTW my return was $1,857.00 for 2017 and $2,083.00 for 2019 or $200 bucks which is a couple hundred bucks more. :fu:

Tell that to the Red States living off the Gov't tit paid for by the Blue States

Most Blue States aren't going Red there "copy," and on top of that, most Blue State Republicans would be called Socialists in ruby Red States
