So we are alarmist and hyperventilating for being lied to. Because they are pulling the alarm and shutting off the oxygen.

They say they want to overturn Roe. That's all they say, all the time. It's like a mantra. Oh my, you fooled me Republicans, by LYING about your secret intention not to overturn Roe
while having every Repuke potus candidate take the abort Roe v Wade pledge.....

It's not our fault that smart people don't want to be dumb and perhaps betray the dumb they pretend to represent. It's our fault if we let dumb people have power.
And how can we tell? We have to go by what they say publicly or in their record of writing decisions in the lower appellate courts.

Secret intention not to overturn Roe? Nobody said they were going to overturn it--only that some said they wanted to. Not many seriously believed it was going to happen. If Republicans really wanted to overturn Roe they would have introduced a constitutional amendment in the 1970's or 1980's.

Democrats should be praising Kavanaugh.

this is why republican appointed judges are better - they are not activists. they believe in the constitution and not judicial activism, unlike liberal anti-constitution judges.
