An 18-year-old Drake University student has been charged with making false reports to law enforcement in connection with racist notes found on campus, Des Moines police said.

If found guilty, she could face a fine and be jailed for up to one year.

The charge relates to a report filed for a racist note found on campus, police said. In all, five racist notes were found on campus.

Drake officials said they were confident that four of the notes, now considered hoaxes, can be tied to the same student.

"Trump is making America great again," said Joe McMonigle, an oil analyst at Hedgeye Risk Management LLC and a former senior official at the U.S. Energy Department. "First president in modern time to get America to be energy independent."

Oil historians that have compiled annual data using statistics from the American Petroleum Institute showing the country had been a net oil importer since 1949, when DEMOCRAT Harry Truman was in the White House.

I'm all for off-coast drilling, to get under-sea oil before other countries can suck us dry by drilling at the edge of our territory.

But, only dumbshit neocons could be excited the US, the world's largest oil consumer, exporting oil. Why? Because we're robbing future generations, uh, future decades, of oil production. And, we'll pay dearly for it.

The largest oil field in the United States holds as much as 49 years worth of oil at current production rates, according to data from a report released on Thursday by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).

In its first assessment of the Delaware portion of the Permian shale field that spans west Texas and New Mexico, the USGS, which is part of the U.S. Department of the Interior, said it contains about 46.3 billion barrels of oil and 281 trillion cubic feet of natural gas.

The politically sensitive deficit in the trade of goods with China rose 7.1% to a record $43.1 billion. The goods gap with the European Union widened 65.5% to a record $17.6 billion.
