DOW down 400 on opening

Of course you fail to mention that the right wingers only has to defend 9 Senate seats while Dems defended 24. Thats all gonna change next time.
Let the investigations begin!

I stated the end results, I agree it will likely be different next time. But you were pretending this was some massive shift. It wasn't. It was actually rather weak on the part of the Dems.

No moron. the claim was that THIS YEAR was worse than every one since 72. So I posted the past 12 months of data. So no, it is not cherry picked. You on the other hand ARE cherry picking. You point to one quarter of one year of Obama's tenure that has nothing to do with the claim? LMAO

I posted the data already. It is at the links. 2011 is currently still below where we are YTD. So no, it did not do far better. You are also looking only at point differentials. You have to account for total return, which includes dividends paid. Which is included in the data I linked to. But of course, you aren't really concerned with data are you?

Yes, growth can come with inflation. But your claim was " if inflation is tame this economy is not growing." Which is completely false.

No answer Floridafan?

Keep telling yourself that as the vote margin surpasses 9.7 million.

The largest vote total in history is "weak"?

Yes. You seem to think that winning 'big' in some areas makes a statement. It doesn't. Take the CA senate race. Two DEMS ran. So the votes went entirely for Dems. Does that mean anything to people living elsewhere? No.

The numbers being touted are just an deflection away from the fact that the Dems couldn't pick up more seats in the House.

All that matters honey pot, is that the democrats take control of the house, even by 1 vote. It put the entire trump agenda to an end and lets the investigations begin. Finally we have a congress who will be paid to do their job

Maybe you should examine why two Democrats were running in that race.

Better yet, you should examine why Republicans were further wiped out in CA, including all of Orange County.

And it wasn't just CA either...Republicans now only hold 1 seat from the 12-seat NJ Congressional delegation. ONE SEAT.

In New England, there are now ZERO Republicans representing in the House. That blue bleeds all the way into New York too.

With Florida granting ex-cons their vote back, FL is now unattainable for Republicans and Trump can forget about it in 2020.

They picked up 40, and the only reason it wasn't more was because of gerrymandering.

What exactly is Trump's path to victory in 2020?

The 2018 results in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Iowa portend bad news for Trump. He needs all those states to win in 2020.

New Hampshire and Maine are out of his reach now. New Hampshire's entire government flipped to Blue in this last election.

Florida is gone for Trump now that 1.4 million ex-cons, mostly African-American, got their voting rights restored.

Arizona's Senate seat flipped to Blue, which puts AZ in the toss-up column now along with Georgia, where Kemp's margin of victory was razor-thin and less than 100,000 votes.

North Carolina is a battleground still, but Virginia is gone for a generation.

So what is Trump's path to victory?

So now it is simply about the number of seats and NOT the number of votes? How quickly you change your tune.

Now you have a paid for House... Steyer and Soros made sure of that. Can't wait to see how much they blow on dumbass investigations.

You still running away from the economic discussion? Just want to be sure you weren't looking to continue making a fool of yourself.

also... can't help but notice you stopped pretending to know a thing about the actual topic of this thread.

Ya really want to talk about a Dow down almost 500 points? Lets look on the bright side, its still better than the 700 point loss earlier this morning.
