Democrats win 8.8 million more votes in the midterms, worst in history

Nevada is blue because of Vegas..not sure about AZ..maybe too many ex-Californians fleeing tax hell?

No, just a growing Latinx voter base and motivated youth turnout, both groups you've alienated with your racist bigotry and hatred.

Indiana, Florida, Missouri, North Dakota - Trump got rid of red state Dems.. Testor the exception.

Nope. You lost in Ohio, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. All red states Trump won. All red states that just re-elected some of the most liberal members of the Senate.

I think we pick up 3 with Mississippi? looks good!

MS isn't a pickup. And don't count your racist chickens before they hatch, lest we repeat what happened in Alabama.

500 million manufacturing jobs!? That's incredible for a nation of only 320 million people.

If the economy was doing so great, why did Republicans not run on it? Because it's not doing great for everyone, just Republican donors.
typo.. you run with that.
Beats me -I'm not a Republican, i'm just renting as long as Trump is around

it's the targeting. Again i'm no expert in spending but Bloomberg poured in 2 million a piece for S.Cal seats. Repubs would not support them
Hey i'm not bitching; money is the name of the game, and the Republicans are laughable as a national party.

You're no expert - probably the most honest thing you've ever written.

Since you're not an expert, are you at least literate?

What does the link here say about outside spending in 2018?

You're trying to move the goalposts. You said before that Democratic outside spending was far and away more than Republican. But Opensecrets calls bullshit on that. As do I.

So where does that leave us? With you not being held to account for bullshitting.

If there did exist a substantial campaign funding difference it was because major GOP donors sat the election out, which could mean they didn't see it was worth backing Trump

And as much as Trumpkins won't accept the fact, the only thing Trump has done with the economy is not blowing what Obama left him, the elections reflect such, Americans knew it was doing well in spite of Trump not because of Trump. Economic indicators as unemployment and the Dow have been going in the right direction since 2011

As soon as the sugar high off the tax cuts burns off, as it is now reflected in the Market, the economy will backpedal, which then Trump will blame on the House Democrats
you do know the world is in a slowdown, but the US is booming? Is that because of Obama?
"economic indicators?? what about good paying jobs at record low unemployment and GDP headed for 3% +

"Obama did not build that"

International politics is not your strong suit is it?

It's not yours, that's for fucking sure.

Why would Trump sell JAVELIN to Ukraine militias in Donbass to use against the Russian armor/separatists?

Because he never did that.

What he did was allow Ukraine to buy weapons from US manufacturers, which they were already doing. Trump didn't sell them anything. What a joke. What a brainwashed dupe.

You're really fucking stupid.

typo.. you run with that.

Not a typo. A typo is misspelling "million" (which you also did).

Yours was an error of thought.

Not even sure from where you're getting that figure.

According to BLS, Trump's created just 416 thousand manufacturing jobs. But the average wage of those jobs is up just $1.20 from October 2017 to October 2018. Inflation over the same period was about 2.8%. So real wages for manufacturing are actually down thanks to Trump.

Beats me -I'm not a Republican, i'm just renting as long as Trump is around

Right...just like you did for Bush, huh?

Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) in its latest meeting on March 21, forecasted that PCE inflation rate in the United States will average at 1.9 percent in 2018 then increase to 2.0 percent in 2019 and stabilize at around 2 percent over 2020 (Forecast. Core rate 1.9 %)

your numbers are wrong. Mean wages are up over 3.0 for the year.

The Trump Manufacturing Jobs Boom: 10 Times Obama's Over 21 Months

https://www.forbes.com/sites/chuckd...-10-times-obamas-over-21-months/#640cba765850
At a town hall in June 2016, President Obama famously said that some manufacturing jobs “are just not going to come back.”
He went on to mock then-candidate Trump by saying he’d need a “magic wand” to make good on this manufacturing job promises.

Months later, as the shock of a President-elect Donald Trump was still being absorbed, New York Times columnist and economist Paul Krugman tweeted on November 25, 2016, “Nothing policy can do will bring back those lost jobs. The service sector is the future of work; but nobody wants to hear it.”

Only by extreme, hyper-partisan gerrymandering were Repugnicans able to limit their losses in the House to 40 seats.

The bottom line is that the will and intent of the voter has been expressed - and the American voter has overwhelming rejected Trumpism and insists that congress put the brakes on the Trumpist agenda.

Great point, and with democrats controlling the House, rest assured the voter suppression will be high on list of issues to address .. and with a growing faction of progressive democrats flexing their new power to ensure Pelosi addresses it.

our numbers are wrong. Mean wages are up over 3.0 for the year.

No they're not. You're a fucking idiot.

Here's the chart showing just 416K manufacturing jobs created, from BLS.

And here's the chart from BLS showing the hourly wage rising just $1.20 from October 2017-October 2018

Oh, and did I say the hourly wage for manufacturing grew $1.20 above? Yeah, that number is totally wrong...my bad.

I meant it grew just $0.63.

So if the PCE grows $1.90, but the wage for manufacturing grows only $0.63, does that mean the real wage has increased or declined?

you idiot. Obama allowed some defensive weapons -some like supplies and stuff.
He would not even upgrade their communications; separatists were using Russian missiles to home in on GPS frequencies - blowing up batteries . Javelin is an OFFENSIVE weapon used in battle to combat armor

JAVELIN ( wireless TOW)

The United States has confirmed to RFE/RL its delivery of American-made, Javelin antitank missile systems to Ukraine in a move that is welcome in Kyiv but will almost certainly enrage Moscow amid a four-year conflict that pits Russia-backed separatists against Ukrainian national troops.
"They have already been delivered
a U.S. State Department official confirmed on April 30 in response to an RFE/RL query on the handover of Javelins.

Service industry jobs have grown at a much, much, much faster pace than manufacturing.

That's driven primarily in health care services (like at-home caregivers) and IT services.

you idiot. Obama allowed some defensive weapons -some like supplies and stuff.

Right...so Obama was selling to Ukraine. Can't fight without those supplies, you friggin tool. So Trump didn't do shit, he just allowed US weapons makers to sell to Ukraine.

BTW - so did Canada.

The average pay raise in 2018 is expected to be about 3 percent, up slightly from 2.9 percent in 2017, according to Aon Hewitt's annual survey on U.S. salary increases, which is based on responses from over 1,000 companies

Javelin is an OFFENSIVE weapon used in battle to combat armor

As of today, about how many of those Javelin missiles have been fired at Russian tanks?

None you say!? So this thing you're celebrating was really just a transfer of wealth from Ukraine to US arms manufacturers? No. I refuse to believe that Trump would give defense contractors the ability to expand their market.

Right...so Obama was selling to Ukraine. Can't fight without those supplies, you friggin tool. So Trump didn't do shit, he just allowed US weapons makers to sell to Ukraine.

BTW - so did Canada.
Obama was NOT selling weapons. he sold supplies. they are not the same
He specifically denied selling upgrade to their communications as well. Merkel did not want him doing it and he listened to her.

So how is Trump is Putins pocket when he's selling lethal offensive weapons to the separatists?
you claim of Russian tax cuts, and Trump is Putin's pony is silly and stupid

The average pay raise in 2018 is expected to be about 3 percent,

1. You're moving the goalposts here, because were talking exclusively about manufacturing.

2. The raise increase you're celebrating here is skewed by the massive wage gains among the 1%, who saw those gains as a result of the Russia Tax Cut. Take the 1%'s wage gains out, and what is the actual wage growth? Have you done that work? No, you say!? Shocking. Almost like you're afraid to do that because you know what will happen to that number.

3. Why not just use BLS?

Obama was NOT selling weapons. he sold supplies. they are not the same

You literally just said one post ago that he sold "defensive weapons". '

Your. Exact. Words.

Your style seems to be to make broad, generalized, subjective statements and then wiggle within the parameters of those standards as you see your argument falling apart.
