Trump just said Brett had problems with drinking as a young man

Libs don't give a rat's arse if Kavanaugh drinks, drank, or drunk. It's simply the latest issued talking point, and they are regurgitating it like the good little brown shirts they are.

True. All of the sudden they are experts in, well, everything!

I'm not speaking as a conservative, I'm speaking as a 46 year old man and my own experiences.

But you would agree your experiences are very limited, and you cannot really say with certainty any of the people you knew in your youth didn't grow up with some kind of drinking problem that could have started when they were kids?

That's my point.

Brett was a self-described binge drinker for at least 10 years...all through high school, college, and law school. How are we to believe he simply just jettisoned that part of his dependency once he passed the bar? His angry, drunken responses last week sure don't look good when placed within the context of a lifetime addiction to alcohol, do they? Does that context suddenly make so much of his testimony make sense? Because it does for me...

"I don't care if the SCOTUS judge is a binge-drinking, blackout-having, serial abusing, functional alcoholic...as long as he's partisan!"

Actually I would care if that were the case, but it's obviously not. It's all part of the Democrat Party final solution.

This was a play on words, right?

But it is the case.

He admits to binge drinking as a youth.

His friends admit to blackout drinking as a youth.

He says he drank like that throughout high school, college, and law school. That's 10 years of binge drinking during the most crucial years of the brain's development from adolescence to adulthood.

So how can you be so sure he's not a raging alcoholic when he has the personal history of one and the present behavior indicators of one?

Have you ever known any alcoholics? If you have, you recognize the behavior pretty easily. Drunks aren't good at hiding it.

As for the actual topic:

Donald Trump will throw Kavanaugh and anyone else under the bus the moment it become something that he (Trump) can get anything out of it.

He has no loyalty whatsoever.

You got that inkling today when Trump mentioned Brett's problems with drinking.

I think Trump is looking for an excuse to ditch this guy. Ford's testimony shook him. He's rattled and is showing vulnerabilities.

If he was really a brilliant strategist that Conservatives make him out to be, he'd pull Brett and submit Garland. That would take the wind out of the sails of the Democrats ahead of the midterms. That's the only way Trump can prevent SCOTUS from affecting the election.

We all just saw it happen on live TV.

So since Brett had problems abusing alcohol as a youth, why would any of that abuse change as an adult?

He's a drunk. And not just a regular, run-of-the-mill drunk, but an angry drunk.

No alcoholics on SCOTUS!

And we all believe and trust anything Trump has to say.

I'm not trying to claim every who drank a lot as a youth turned out perfect today. I'm saying I saw a lot of people who drank a lot in high school and college turn out fine today. Not a controversial statement. Maybe you grew up in a different environment. Nothing wrong with that. We all have different experiences.

And we heard nothing about a drinking problem from the fellow justices, law clerks, attorneys, or others who worked with Kavanaugh on the U. S. Court of Appeals for 12 years.

Add to that all the law enforcement, psychologists, Doctors and other professionals he dealt with everyday. Yet....we are supposed to listen to the "expert witness" on an obscure poli board. You just cannot make this shit up!

I was speaking on a more general basis than Kavanaugh specifically. As for Kavanaugh if he is an alcoholic he is a seriously high functioning one if he's been able to achieve this much success.

Yes, they did make that shit up. Nobody on JPP has the slightest inkling of whether Kavanaugh is an alcoholic. We went from "I like beer" to a binge drinker who blacked out.

No alcoholics on SCOTUS!

Nobody likes an angry drunk.

If he did that angry, weeping, blubbering, belligerent performance on Thursday stone cold sober, I would be actually freaked out to see him after a six pack.

I'm not the unforgiving type when it comes to dealing with addiction because I myself am a recovering addict with 25 years of sobriety, okay? But I have 25 years of sobriety and I went through rehab.
Mr. Brett Kavanaugh is what we like to term an "unrepentant alcoholic", and a mean one at that.
He is a belligerent blackout drunk, and I would hate to have to deal with him in a situation where he's had a snoot full. I am sure he'd be a difficult character to get under control.
I can tell by watching and listening to him as he struggles under pressure.

It is clear that he is NOT IN A POSITION to take on the responsibilities of the Supreme Court, even if you were to forget the entire business of the alleged sexual assault. You can forget that entirely and HE STILL appears as a belligerent blackout drunk, an unrepentant and active alcoholic. He talks like one, he lies like one, he reacts like one and he struggles like one.
And, absent any rehab, he is a danger to the judicial branch in its highest office, a danger to the bench.

Of course Ted Kennedy needs no photographic proof.....hehehehehe.....

This is the only proof related to Teddy..............
