Should kavanaugh sue Ford for libel?

If he can he should sue for libel and slander.
I doubt he will.
Except for Trump the Republicans have no will to fight. They are too afraid of the media and public opinion.

I think the democrats have just killed any chance they had of taking back Congress.

I have talked to so many people who aren’t really partisan. Some who were NeverTrumpers and didn’t vote for him who are looking at this stuff and saying the democrats are fucking nuts.

As it stands today. The GOP keeps the House and gains 5-7 seats in Senate
