It's tough for public figures to win libel cases since 70 years ago the Supreme Court wrote a law that says a public figure victim must show the accuser essentially lied on purpose. But that may well be the case here. Ford has become a liberal icon and has a chance now to make millions off her evidence-less accusations. If kav can show the DNC paid her....

I hope kav sues her into bankruptcy.

As i said in the op, that is not so. In the 1950s the supreme court rewrote the libel laws and made it nearly impossible for a public figure to win. Kav would have to show the Ford deliberately lied and that would be tough.
