STORMY ARRESTED DURING STRIP TEASE

Charges against adult film actress Stormy Daniels for allegedly touching three undercover detectives while performing at an Ohio strip club were dismissed Thursday, her attorney said.

Daniels, who gained notoriety after suing President Donald Trump following an alleged affair, had faced three misdemeanor counts of illegally touching a patron, court records show.
She posted a $6,054 bail and was released Thursday morning, and was due to be arraigned Friday morning, records show.
Daniels, whose legal name is Stephanie Clifford, was expected to plead not guilty to the three misdemeanor charges, her attorney, Michael Avenatti, tweeted.
The arrest of Daniels and two others was part of a "long-term investigation into allegations of human trafficking, prostitution, & other vice related violations," Columbus police said in a statement.
Documents accuse her of fondling patrons.
Under an Ohio law passed in 2007, an employee who regularly appears nude or seminude is prohibited from touching patrons on the premises of a sexually oriented business -- unless it's a family member.
In a probable cause affidavit obtained by CNN affiliate WSYX, detectives who were at the Sirens Gentlemen's Club said they observed Daniels remove her top and force patrons' faces into her chest.

Sorry to disappoint you, Volsrock. It may bother you to have a hot babe rub her breasts in your face but the rest of us normal hombres tend to enjoy it. But whatever floats your little pink boat.

“Since last fall, Columbus Police were made aware of illegal activity through various adult entertainment clubs throughout the city. Columbus Police have made numerous arrests utilizing this law,” the department said in a statement Thursday.

So were all the other people charge's also dropped or just Stormys?

If resources are limited they must be allocated with a certain priority in mind, yes? I didn't say a specific incident happened during that specific time, did I? I said using police resources for that arrest and similar arrests distracts them from violent crime that could have been occurring.

Not necessarily. An entity can have multiple priorities while using limited resources.

You didn't say one happened during that specific time. You said that while police, wherever they happen to be, spend time addressing things you deem ridiculous, they're not keeping the streets safe from what has be referred to as real crimes. If no violent crimes are occurring during that time, what are they taking away from if they spend their time on what you consider wasteful? If a violent crime isn't occurring, how are the streets less safe? What it gets back to is you don't like police enforcing certain laws you don't believe should be enforced so you speculate by play what if in order to be honest about what you truly believe. Perhaps your time would be better spent trying to convince those that make the laws of what you believe rather than whining because the exist.

Not sure about the others, but she had to cancel her show tonight...I imagine she's leaving on a Greyhound as I type...

Yes, but those are still priorities. Which is necessary when resources are limited. In a personal budget you must prioritize what you spend your money on, yes? You can't buy everything that you think you need because your finances are limited. Same thing for government budgets. This is simple.

You are quite hard-headed, aren't you?

I never said there weren't priorities when money is finite. You're the one that believes only one can exist in that situation and that isn't true. Personal budgets are the same way. However, all my money doesn't go to one thing and when I want something for which the money may be less than needed, I do something to get it.

If something you consider a real crime didn't happen during the time you say police spend on things you consider ridiculous, how are the streets less safe? Are you saying if the real crimes aren't occurring police should ignore crimes you don't think should be addressed?

So much for the claims politics was being played on that day.

I think I can say it with more certainty than you. I seriously doubt she rides the bus, unless it is a private vehicle.

Yes, as a matter of fact I’m a big fan. I especially like her lawyer.
