There's one way you can prove Stevie saw it. Have him come on this forum, or any place for that matter, and give a detailed description of what they were wearing, the colors of those clothes, and a description of the cops including height, weight, and any distinguishing features.

Unfortunately we can't know. Since the three officers were at the club arresting a stripper for being a stripper instead of patrolling the streets and keeping them safe. Could have been a murder right down the street and they wouldn't have known because they were too busy.
Wonder if Stevie could provide a detailed description, including height, weight, and distinguishing features of those cops.

Apparently you think you know. You claimed that the police weren't keeping the streets safe because they were arresting a stripper instead of patrolling. Unless you have proof that a murder, rape, etc. occurred during that time, how can you make the claim the streets weren't safe?
