More of the Dossier confirmed!

Mueller's evidence puts Cohen in Prague in late summer of 2016.
Passport means nothing.

He will be indicted for lying to the FBI and Congress.

A) you have not provided anything save for an unconfirmed anonymous claim.

B) I have provided conclusive evidence that 1) all Schengen Area countries require entry and exit stamps when coming or going outside the area and 2) that Cohen's passport proves he was only in one of the Schengen Area countries in 2016 but left in July not August or September when the Steele dossier claims claims the Prague meeting occurred.

Does anyone including me and the prosecutors give a shit what garbage you provide, Fumb Duck?

The evidence is clear, Cohen was not in any Schengen Area nation in August or September of 2016 when the Steele dossier claims the Prague meeting occurred. You're done.

Site such evidence?

Cohen provided his passport and it proves he was only in a Schengen country from July 9th to July 17th 2016, and the Steele dossier claims he had the Prague meeting in August or September 2016:

Upon entering the Schengen Area, visitors get a rectangular stamp with the date, a country code, their port of entry, and a symbol showing how they entered — such as an airplane or a train. In Cohen’s passport, that mark appears on page 17, with a date of July 9. The mark is too faint to be fully legible. The exit stamp, similar but with rounded edges, is also light, but the letters “cino” are legible, indicating he flew out of Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport in Rome. That stamp is dated July 17.

In pursuit of this aim, COHEN had met secretly with several Russian Presidential Administration (PA) Legal Department officials in an EU country in August 2016.

COHEN had been accompanied to Prague by 3 colleagues and the timing of the visit was either in the last week of August or the first week of September.

While the Schengen Area does not require internal passports, all Schengen area nations require both an exit and entry stamp when traveling to and from countries outside the area and again his passport proves conclusively that he neither entered or exited a Schengen Area country in August or September of 2016.

When travelling to/from a non-Schengen country (i.e. crossing the external borders of the Schengen Area), the rules on stamping travel documents are as follows:

Persons whose travel documents are not to be stamped:

Citizens of EU and EFTA member states exercising the right of freedom of movement

Third-country nationals holding residence cards issued under Article 10 of Directive 2004/38/EC, but only if they are being accompanied by a family member who is a citizen of an EU or EFTA state exercising their right of freedom of movement and presenting the residence card[22]

Andorran, Monégasque and San Marinese citizens

Heads of state and dignitaries whose arrival has been officially announced in advance through diplomatic channels

Pilots and members of aircraft crews[23]

Seamen (only when their ship calls in and in the area of the port of call)

Crew and passengers of cruise ships

Persons whose travel documents are to be stamped:

Third-country nationals (unless covered by an exemption listed in the right hand column)

Family members not holding a residence card issued under Article 10 of Directive 2004/38/EC who are accompanying or joining EU, EEA and Swiss citizens exercising the right of freedom of movement

Family members (regardless of whether or not they hold a residence card issued under Article 10 of Directive 2004/38/EC) who are not travelling together with and not joining EU, EEA and Swiss citizens exercising the right of freedom of movement

Shengen countries require a passport stamp in the original country you enter, in Cohen’s case, Germany, after that, no stamp is required. You may request one but a stamp is not required after initial stamp.

I think its interesting that Squires Patton Boggs dropped Michael Cohen from their international law firm which in fact legally lobbies for foreign concerns.

6 hours ago - Michael Cohen was reportedly not solely a fixer for Donald Trump but also for a member of the president's immediate family. In 2013, the president's personal attorney helped kill off a story about Donald Trump Jr.'s alleged affair with former Celebrity Apprentice contestant and singer Aubrey O'Day.

That's weird.. Look at this.

On the same day as the raid, Squire announced that the partnership with Cohen had been called off. “The firm’s arrangement with Mr. Cohen reached its conclusion, mutually and in accordance with the terms of the agreement,” the firm said in a statement Monday. “We have been in contact with federal authorities regarding their execution of a warrant relating to Mr. Cohen. These activities do not relate to the firm and we are in full cooperation.”

Squire’s alliance with Cohen, lasting roughly a year, was first announced in April 2017. A press release by the firm said it would partner with Michael D. Cohen & Associates to “advance the interests” of its clients.

A spokesman for the firm on Tuesday described the arrangement as a type of referral relationship between Cohen and Squire.

But what exactly Squire or Cohen gained from the “strategic alliance” in the end is unclear. Two attorneys who asked not to be named said the firm kept them in the dark about any client interests Cohen was advancing for the firm, and said they did not observe his work on any firm matter. Some inside Squire were also ”concerned” about him being at the firm office and having his connection, one source said.

I guess they need to get their story straight, it’s very interesting.

I guess they need to get their story straight, it’s very interesting.

It sounds to me like they had a year long REFERRAL relationship with Cohen.. and he wasn't a member of the firm..

Its also sounds like they had some misgivings about Cohen BEFORE the raid.

If Cohen entered through Germany, no other stamp is required to travel from one Shengen country to another, you can post all the articles you wish, it doesn’t change the law, no passport stamp is required other than the country of entry which was Germany.

Listen you illiterate moron his passport proves that he did not enter or exit ANY Schengen Area country in August or September of 2016 when the Steele dossier claims the Prague meeting occurred. The only Schengen country Cohen entered or exited in 2016 was Italy and that only lasted from July 9th to July 17th. Try actually fucking reading what you're responding to next time you fucking moron because I'm sick of repeating myself.

And when the witness from USC testifies he was at USC.... What then? And when the government agent informs Mueller, if he already hasn't, what then?
