Well, well. Mike Flynn Moving To Withdraw Guilty Plea. Here's Why.

If Flynn can back out of this, there is going to be a Democrat meltdown in this country of biblical proportions. We are not going to have enough sewerage infrastructure in this country to handle the shit hemorrhage that will occur.

The DNC donor letters have gone out.....send money, Depends and Rid-X.

It was Strzok who found the emails and urged Comey to release them just before the election. He does his job fairly.

I doubt Strzok ‘personally’ found them since he was a department head before he got demoted to the mailroom.

It’s plausible the underlings threatened a rebellion if they weren’t released. And it explains the open/shut investigation of them. I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall.

i made this thread earlier and no one paid attention :(

I predicted this two weeks ago in an argument with JPP's resident dipshit "lawyer"

my deep level analysis keeps getting scary good. We'll see what happens.

But Sullivan busted some government prosecutors for not showing all the cards to the defense in the Stevens case. Had them investigated for criminal misconduct, in fact.

I’m sure Mueller and Weissmann know who he is lol.
Andrew Weissmann, Mueller’s Legal Pit Bull
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/10/31/us/politics/andrew-weissmann-mueller.html
many defense lawyers have chafed at what they see as a scorched-earth approach, forged in Brooklyn while facing down Mafia members and refined on the government’s unit of Enron superprosecutors, which left a mixed legacy of high-profile successes, overturned convictions and one unanimous defeat at the Supreme Court.

It was Mr. Weissmann, more recently, who oversaw the predawn raid of Mr. Manafort’s Virginia residence in July, when federal agents picked his lock and prosecutors communicated their intention to indict him.

He is a top lieutenant to Robert S. Mueller III on the special counsel investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and possible links to the Trump campaign.
Significantly, Mr. Weissmann is an expert in converting defendants into collaborators — with either tactical brilliance or overzealousness, depending on one’s perspective.
~~

“Out-of-town, carpetbagging, Evian-swilling Department of Justice lawyers,” read one description in The Houston Chronicle.
This was an outrage, Mr. Weissmann told a reporter then. “I don’t drink Evian.”

Who made that call? That’s what I’d like to know.

I somewhat addressed this:

Just days after accepting Flynn's guilty plea, Contreras was taken off the case by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. No reason was given.
Ah, the reason is in the OP:
Contreras, who recused less than a week after accepting Flynn’s guilty plea, “is one of just three FISA court judges who sits in the District of Columbia, where it is likely the Trump-Russia FISA warrants (illegal, my parentheses) were sought.

What facts do you have?

Fact: a recused judge was replaced by one with a history of calling out prosecutorial misconduct.

Fact: the new judge immediately issued what is called a “Brady” order requiring Mueller to provide Flynn all information that is favorable to Flynn’s defense.

Fact: both parties moved to have Flynn’s sentencing delayed.

Those facts are in sequence.
