But the FBI picked it up, and despite the fact the then-Director testified under oath that it was ‘salacious and unverified’ the Dossier was used as a basis to wiretap a US citizen. What would the Russians learn from that?

Apart from the fact we allow government agencies to ignore the 4th Amendment, if it serves a political purpose. They do that sort of thing in Russia—but Russians don’t have a 4th Amendment.

Be specific; and no mumbo-jumbo about compromising collections systems. Whatever that means lol.

Do a little homework on your poor victim, Page. Knee deep with the Russians. On the screen long before the idiot, Trump, picked him up. That he did is merely a testimony to Trump's total incompetence.

And this is why everybody (democrats and the FBI) was screaming about the memo. Because now we want to know more, we want more disclosure, and more information released. This is just the thread and we need to keep pulling it.

Can't wait for the disclosures from Mueller. Looking solidly at Junior and the "Trumped" up press release concocted on Air Force One to lie about his involvement with the Russians. How about you?

They couldn’t be pretty.

The democrats, their media minions and even some Never Trumpers were [dare we say it?] lying about the Memo affecting national security. Or maybe they were making the claim without having read it which is nearly as bad.

They’ve also been wailing about other ‘material facts’ that would negate the Memo’s central thesis: abuse of the FISA court for political purposes. But what other facts could negate the fact that a) McCabes testimony that the unverified Dossier was ESSENTIAL in getting the FISA warrants?

And b) what other facts could negate the fact someone was ‘less than forthcoming’ about the Dossier being paid for by the DNC/Clinton Consortium and that it’s author [Steele] was a Trump hater with old Soviet contacts in Russia?

I’ll wait here.

That’s a deflection intended to provide cover for Mueller.

The issue is why was it necessary to decieve the FISA court.
