I'm all for green, but it has to be done by market forces ( and I do not include nat gas as a heavy polluter).

That's what pissed off so many in WV. Obama coming in and killing an (coal) industry..

and I am NOT willing to subsidize Chinese or Indian coal..etc.

Any climate accord Trump signs will be gutted of its radical elements.
 
The situation provides a political dilemma for Trump. Sounds like somebody actually educated trump as to what the Accord means and is he is now in the position of doing something that will make his uneducated deplorables unhappy. We have an ongoing war between educated people and trump supporters and in the end educated people are going to win.

Trump is on public record calling global warming a "Chinese hoax".

So if he now suddenly thinks there is merit in participating in a global agreement to reduce human impact on global warming, either he was lying before, or he has changed his mind about greenhouse gases in a 180 degree flip flop.

I actually think you are more prescient than you know. I do not think Trump actually believes anything. He is too bloody stupid to have well formed thoughts and ideas on important global issues, and the words that come out of his mouth are more a stream of consciousness obviously calculated for affect from the perspective of a Reality TV entertainer.
