We don't need no stinkin' Drug War. If you don't wanna do the doobie, don't do the doobie.
Problem solved.
Case closed.
PS
From a $FISCAL conservative's perspective, Drug War is a compound abomination.
Our Republican congress is cutting taxes which reports indicate will reduce government revenue.
So if congress then spends a $Trillion on infrastructure rescue (desperately needed):
it will be tacked on to the U.S. federal debt.
BUT !!
At least the grandkids that end up paying it back will have something to show for their expenditure:
- improved highways
- safer bridges
- more durable municipal water supplies
- etc.
But we're deficit spending on Drug War too.
So the grandkids are going to end up paying for that!
And what will they have to show for it?
