In my opinion? Absolutely wrong!
That asshole was deported 5 times and returned. He was SEVEN (7) times a convicted felon , who, by law, could not possess a weapon and was supposed to be detained for a 6th deportation and he was protected from another deportation by San Francisco’s sanctuary policy restricting cooperation with federal immigration authorities.
Now, I would just as soon see that POS taken out and shot like the rabid coyote he is. That's also MY opinion.

A not guilty verdict does necessarily equate to "innocent".

It has nothing to do w/ the actual facts of the case itself. It's a bit chilling to hear; everyone should have the same due process.
