This verdict doesn't even come in as involuntary manslaughter. I can hit someone with my car and kill them without any intent and still get that.

The guy had a loaded weapon he stole out of a car, was deported 5 times ( he was human garbage)
fired a loaded stolen gun, killed an innocent vibrant young woman..and doesn't pay any penalty for it whatsoever.
