Why is Trump lying about the tax plan?

This is just factually not true. At least when Bush did his tax cut, he was straight-up about it - kept saying that if you pay taxes, you were getting a cut. Why can't Trump stand by what he's doing? I actually have no problem with cuts across the board in general, though I think Trump's plan is heavily skewed toward the wealthy. I think most Americans get that any tax cut will benefit the rich in some way.

It's just easy to disprove. This plan benefits Trump, and his wealthy friends, in a big way. It's basic math. Why does he lie about this kind of thing?

Saying they aren't going to like it isn't a lie. Its an opinion. The fact that the top bracket is remaining the same, he could be referring to that. I don't know. You just want to run around screaming 'he lied!'.

Please show your data on the top 1% getting 20% of the basic cuts.

You need to listen to his comments in Missouri. It is abundantly clear in context that he's saying they won't like it because they do not get a tax cut.

This was your OP. You seem to have forgotten what it says. You said nothing about Trump stating that the wealthy would get no cuts.

No moron. I was commenting on YOUR post. in which you did not state that is what Trump had said. You stated that Trump said the wealthy would not be happy because it would hit them hard. This tax plan is going to shift the taxation towards the top. The wealthy will still get cuts, but the tax burden is shifting up, not down.

So now he didn't say what you claimed? You are 'inferring' it? In other words... you LIED?

I am commenting on the contents of the tax bill. It will shift the burden up, not down. That doesn't mean the wealthy won't get tax breaks at all. But with the current plans, it will reduce the liability on the lower and middle income families. The top will be paying a greater percentage of Federal income tax than they do now. You 'inferring' things and then pretending that was what was said is YOUR problem. Calling you out on it is not defending Trump as you like to pretend. It is shutting down your moronic inferences.
