Sessions: 2nd Special Counsel Possible

Yet another several million dollars wasted investigating Hillary Clinton, didn’t the Republicans learn anything from the Benghazzii mess they got themselves into?

Yes we learned that Comey had determined not to seek prosecution before he had even finished his investigation and we learned that Comey went so far as to change is wording from "gross negligence," (the legal standard of guilt) to the synonyms of "extreme carelessness."

Just an overt lie pal, these are the funds that are in question:

As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation. Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.

And shortly after the Russians announced their intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Mr. Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock.

Mid-June 2009: ARMZ, “a wholly owned subsidiary of Rosatom completed a deal for 17 percent of Uranium One.” ARMZ/Rosatom takes steps to obtain larger shares in Uranium One and contacts the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States for review and potential approval. (NYT 4/23/15)

2009: Uranium One’s Ian Telfer, through his family charity the Fernwood Foundation, donates $1 million to the Clinton Foundation, “the year his company appealed to the American Embassy to help keep its mines in Kazakhstan.” (NYT 4/23/15)

2010: Telfer, through the Fernwood Foundation, donates $250,000 to the Clinton Foundation, “the year Russians sought majority control” of Uranium One. (NYT 4/23/15)

June 2010: Bill Clinton gives a speech in Moscow for a $500,000 fee, paid for by Renaissance Capital, “a Russian investment bank with ties to the Kremlin,” and whose analysts “talked up Uranium One’s stock,” saying in a July 2010 report “that it was ‘the best play’ in the uranium markets.” (NYT 4/23/15)

October 2010: The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) approves the partial sale of Uranium One to Rosatom, which gives the Russians (and President Vladimir Putin) a 51 percent controlling stake in Uranium One. With this deal, Rosatom controls 20% of U.S. uranium production. Members of CFIUS included, among others, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, and Attorney General Eric Holder. (*Bloomberg 10/18/2017 and NYT 4/23/15)

2011: Telfer, through the Ferwood Foundation, donates $600,000 to the Clinton Foundation. (NYT 4/23/15)

2012: Telfer, through the Ferwood Foundation, donates $500,000 to the Clinton Foundation. (NYT 4/23/15)

2009-2012: Between $1.3 million and $5.6 million in contributions were made to the Clinton Foundation by people “with ties to Uranium One or UrAsia, the company that originally acquired Uranium One’s most valuable asset: the Kazakh mines.” (NYT 4/23/15)

And all this time you have been telling us about $145 million donated to the Clinton foundation. You have proven just how much you lie

Well considering he was paying FSB to feed him bullshit that found its way to a FISA court and used as probable cause to wiretap US citizens of the opposition Presidential campaign it is pretty sinister.

Your building another mountain out of a molehill.

funny how you guys don't get upset by actual Russian dezinformatsiya becoming probable cause for FISA unmasking

Its also funny the bull shit you can come up with to take the heat off of dear leader. Its he and his corruption that are under investigation as they should be.

nobody is saying turn off Mueller -as much as I distrust him.
Anyone but the Clinton's would have had a SC by now -that's not deflecting off Trump.

But, But, But... Benghazi!

Your hate for HRC cost us hundreds of millions to find 0!

1) He is under investigation largely due to the BS dossier, that led to the FISA warrant, that led to the unmasking, that led to the investigation.

2) Mueller said he was going to go after ANY corruption he found. He has shown this with Manafort, Podesta, etc... If he is true to his word, then he has to look into Comey, Clinton, etc...

Give it up already, Clinton has been under investigation for years and nothing has been found. The allegations surrounding Uranium One are a total complete joke.

h's a Special Counsel / they all are mistrustful in that their sole job is headhunting.
Aside from that he's heavily stacked with Democrat prosecutors

"Aside from that he's heavily stacked with Democrat prosecutors"
I am sure by now you know that a total lie. It all began with the insinuation that one of the prosecutors was a Hillary contributor, and before you knew it, they were all accused of the same. Its all BS, unless you prefer that every investigator and lawyer swear that they voted for trump.

As Mueller builds his Russia special-counsel team, every hire is under scrutiny

At least seven of the 15 lawyers Mueller has brought on to the special counsel team have donated to Democratic political candidates, five of them to Hillary Clinton — a fact that President Trump and his allies have eagerly highlighted. These critics also point to some of the lawyers’ history working with clients connected to the Clintons and Mueller’s long history with former FBI director James B. Comey as they question whether those assigned to the investigation can be impartial.

Who are these people and how much have they donated?
