It's just leadership 101, anatta. The infrastructure critique is true - but if you're one of the people who is now a month without power or water, you don't want to hear the President talking about relief efforts in the past tense, and saying what a fantabulous job he did.

Obama lost more lives from a Cat 2 than Trump has lost from two consecutive Cat 5's.
 
I live in Hampton Roads area of Va. Hurricane Isabel struck here in 2003. This Hurricane was nowhere near as strong as the one that hit PR. There were areas of Hampton Roads without running water and power for weeks. I was only out a week. My coworker in Newport News was out three weeks. People in and around Gloucester were out over a month.

If you have not lived thru major storms, seen the devastation, you have no clue other than political driven talking points.
 
No one should be surprised by any of this.

Trump is the president of his dwindling base .. and controlled by Steve Bannon and his gaggle of white supremacists. That should be clear and obvious to everyone with a brain. There should be no mystery to what this is all about.

Echoes of Hitler now control the White House. Alarms are going off everywhere.

The only real question is how will Americans respond in the midterms.

All signs point to many republicans voting for democrats and 2006.

This is not the fault of the Federal Government it is the fault of the local authorities who can't get their shit together, our power was out in Fl. in areas twice the size of Puerto Rico, the feds didn't turn the lights back on the local utility companies and the contractors they hired did.
