Honoré: Trump doesn't care about people of color

Based on my adventures on the interwebs, righwingers, Trump-ettes, and teabaggers are quick to assume, quick to speculate, and they generally jump the gun when it comes to supposition, conjecture, and random guesswork.

Perhaps you can point out the "supposition, conjecture, and random guesswork" in Sailor Boi's post, Wiperess.

More than likely you can't.

That's what I expect from dudes who live in a fact-free universe!

In short, everything you would expect from dudes who live in a fact-free universe!

A requirement for entry into Trump Land .. leave your brain at the door.

Well, Sailor, once Trump was criticized bigger things started to happen, it wasn't just the Democrats, it was the mayor and people on the ground pleading for help. Bitching can at times get things done.

By the way, Ken is a Vietnam vet, he did his time.

I could be wrong about this, but I think people who have actually succeeded and achieved in their lives - whether it be military service, humanitarian service, or success in business, government, or academia - are generally not crowing about it on internet forums , nor self-congratulating themselves to anonymous message boarders they will never meet in real life.

Yes, exactly, my husband didn't even tell me about the war for many years, in our early years together I only heard things when he was talking with other vets. The guys that see the worst don't say much about it.

And, my father who was in a Japanese prisoner of war camp for 3years 9months never told me the full story until I was around 13. He loved our country and held our flag and anthem in high respect for what they represented and nothing more...nothing less.

He saw the worst on your wedding night, didn't he? :rofl2:

Poor guy.

This is the most pathetic thread I've ever seen. To claim Trump spent more time on the NFL issue that helping PR is the biggest lie I've seen in a long time.

I have liberal political views, but for the most part, liberals are just disgusting liars.

Ohhhhhhh, the truth hurts and you just hate it!

So, we shouldn't be dropping in supplies? Guess you haven't lived your life in hurricane territory? Supplies should only come to us by land or sea when we need it? Just how does that work in an island state? Or even any of the Keys when bridges are out?
Are they dropping supplies?

So, you posting a cartoon about that was meant as encouraging and complimentary to the idea? Not as a "funny" cartoon?
I don't believe I was the one who posted the cartoon, and the idea of the cartoon was to mock Trump, not the idea of dropping supplies. It was to portray his indifference.

airdrops would have to be from the port -are the airfields clear yet? -but the relief goods are at the port.
so you gotta get the goods from the port to the airfields

You could use military but where do you stage them? Maybe fly some in and out.

The damage is SO bad there really aren't any easily workable solutions

and then how do you drop? I guess pallets of food and water where it's not flooded -but can you drop fuel for generator
what about prescription med -the DEA would lose it's fascist mind if we stated to drop med without prescriptions
