So what your saying is progressive liberals are responsible for the high cost of living in Cali and not the market? Specious dude.
The flaw in Waco's argument is he is blaming liberals for the high cost of living in Cali. It's a specious argument.
well the taxes at least. Onerous taxes are 1 reason ( of many) i fled Maryland for Florida
Well Wacko likes to cherry pick his data to support his argument. There are a many reasons why Cali has a high cost of living the primary one being the desirability of coastal locations, the congestion in the coastal locations, limited land constraints for new housing , the lack of economic incentives for local governments to approve housing, the resistance of communities to additional housing construction due to population growth affecting the nature of why the coastal areas are desirable.
The flaw in Wackos argument is to blame progressive liberals for the situation where these market conditions would still exist regardless of which political party controlled State and local government. It's partisan nonsense.

Ben Shapiro, a right-wing racist motherfucker from the alt-right garbage dump who conservatives like you think should be heard.
If they had to pay 600K for him to speak .. THAT'S A GOOD THING. They should have to pay even more for allowing him to speak.
Maybe think about that next time shit like that asks to speak.
You hate taxes don 't you?
Just like those on the racist right.
I'm not fooled by our pro choice stance.....you support institutional racism just like that rest of the racist white men on this board.

Yes i do. I think objectively that same or very similar market conditions would exist for the reasons I pointed out mainly because those conditions exist independently of the politics and policy. Now you may have an argument of liberals being hypocritical, which is specious, but the same conditions would largely exist. So you think these zoning and land use laws would exist regardless of who was in charge?
I'll give you a spoiler alert: thats not the case. These are the policies you support and vote for and this is the result
If you love taxes so much, please pay more of them. At least 90% should demonstrate that you aren't a lying hypothetical NIMBY.

Is Warren Buffett a hypocrite for advocating that higher taxes be imposed on himself but not paying them without the legal obligation? As he noted, he pays at a lower rate than his secretary.
